Question by Irish: In the US what would happen someone if they were caught with marijuana but used it for medical pain relief?
I'm just wondering. I've been diagnosed with something called TMJ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporomandibular_joint_disorder but the prescribed drugs for pain relief don't seem to work very well. I don't smoke marijuana but not sure what would happen here in Ireland if I was caught with marijuana that I was using for
