Do not use this medication if you are allergic to any of its ingredients and if you are taking a codeine or morphine related medication. Some examples of these medications are codeine, oxycodone, hydrocodone, dihydrocodeine, hydromorphone.
Do not use Ultracet if you:
have severe diarrhea or if you are using any antibiotic
have suicidal thoughts
have a history of drug and alcohol abuse
are intoxicated with alcohol
are suffering from liver problems
