Healthy but not diet recipes?

Question by Erica: Healthy but not diet recipes?
I do not need to lose weight, my BMI is 20.2
But I have noticed that I have very bad eating habits. Two out of three meals in my day are fast food. My choice of drink is always sweet tea. I eat at 1 or 2 in the morning sometimes. I am only 19 and I can already feel my body's health deteriorating. So are there any healthy recipes out there that will make me feel better and make me stronger? The recipes that I've found online so far
