Question by Amy Tablo: How to overcome depression without any help?
Right now, my family and I don't have the money to buy anti-depressants OR get a psychiatrist.
And long story short, my "friends" don't want anything to do with someone depressed.
So I don't have anyone to talk to as my family isn't very... supportive?
