Question by Anria A: Which vitamins and supplements are good for people who has high cholesterol and heart problems in the family?
Both my father and my uncle has had heart attacks and my uncle has also had a stroke.
I already try and follow a healthy balanced diet, and now I would like to know what vitamin supplements will be good to take to help?
Also should I incourage my father and uncle to also take supplements?
