Question by Elizabeth Russell: Healthy food ideas for living in the truck with cooler?
I travel in the semi with my bf, we are gone for months at a time. We have a cooler and a place for dry foods in the fridge, but no microwave. I can heat water thru the small coffee maker we have. I need Ideas of what to put in the cooler that is healthy and easy to make. Not just snacks but meal ideas that will help fill me and lose weight! Please anything helps :)
