Tropical Yoga for Weight loss
In this video from www.yoga.org.nz Alena takes you through the balancing at the start of a Yoga session that will help aid with weight loss. Weight loss is a Challenge that many people face and there is a lot of contradictory information on diet exercise. One thing that most agree helps, is exercise and another is building the will power to actually do what you know you need to do. Eg If its on your mind do something proactive. Yoga can help in both these areas. So join in with this routine, as this is the balancing the mind sequence. Even doing this small part will help.
