Question by courtney12609: Anyone had any luck with alternative methods of pain relief during labor?
im 20 weeks probably a little early to really have to worry about a birth plan but i know i would like to try to do it without epidural/demerol anyone have any experience with alternative methods of pain relief like lamaze/accupressure/hypnobirthing etc. ? did you find them effective or a waste of time and would reccomend against them?
