sPNation's Slim Down challenge moved me in a sense of IT IS TIME FOR US to get it together, so that we can live longer/healthier lives! Let's Do This!!!!!! GENTLE DETOXIFICATION CLEANSING: (7 days Fruits, Veggies, & Water) Meal 1: BREAKFAST choice of fruit(blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, prunes, raspberries) 6 to 8 oz water Meal 2: SNACK Whole fruit of choice(banana, apples & oranges) 6 to 8 oz water Meal 3: LUNCH Small Salad(tomatoes, spinach, carrots, lettuce, mushrooms, arugula, lite dressing) 6 to 8 oz of water Meal 4: SNACK portion of fruit(watermelon, mango, peaches, canteloupe) 6 to 8 oz of water Meal 5: DINNER Plate of steamed veggies(broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, zucchini, green beans, yams,
