Question by ♥ Bekka ♥: How to overcome work burnout and depression?
Im burntout from work, and so t overcome burount i need to relax and unwind.
BUT
i'm also depressed, and to overcome depression i need to be active.
Everytime i sit still i get depressed, really depressed. Everytime i'm active i obviously feel better, BUT i need to relax, unwind, treat myself to vercome burnout.
I've had time off, i've treated myself, i've spoken to my employers and were working
